Hey! I'm Adam Davey, I used to rely heavily on the grid method, feeling trapped and discouraged by my inability to draw freehand. This method, while helpful, felt like I was cheating myself and I was left with work that felt uninspired and lacking individuality, which led me to constantly compare myself to others.

I would burn myself out finishing a piece that would take months to complete, only to find it felt soulless because I didn't feel like there was anything creative about the process. It just felt like I copied an image from online. 

I decided enough was enough, and I set out to rediscover my love for drawing. Through practicing and developing my own freehand techniques I developed a unique style that resonates with emotion - a breakthrough allowing me the freedom and confidence I had always wanted. 

Helping YOU break away from the constraints of the grid method, mastering your freehand drawing and developing your own style is my mission. Im passionate about teaching and I absolutely LOVE seeing my students learn and grow as artists.
